Each room has a private veranda, providing a quiet space to enjoy the natural surroundings. In the garden, guests can unwind beneath a large shady flamboyant tree, a great spot to relax or meet other travellers. The property is also just a short walk from a local café, shops, and churches, allowing guests to experience daily life in Atiu.

For those eager to immerse themselves in local traditions, the property offers Atiuan-style Ei (lei) making, where guests can learn the art of weaving traditional floral garlands from local mamas. Fishing enthusiasts can experience reef fishing the Atiuan way, using traditional methods along the reef, depending on weather and tide conditions. If conditions are unfavorable, alternative fishing options are available. Atiu is also renowned for its birdlife, with rare and endemic species making it a prime spot for birdwatching.
