Accommodation at Atiu Villas consist of six villas - five Self-Contained Units, and a Family Unit, each equipped with a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and cook top, a larder, and bathroom with toilet & shower. The larder (pantry) is stocked with basic food items such as cereals, eggs, dairy products, dry packaged and tinned food, and mini-bar with a selection of soft and alcoholic beverages. Guests pay for what they use from the larder at the end of their stay.

The Self-Contained Villas are of studio layout and can accommodate up to 4 people with a double and single bed, and a single mattress in the loft. The Family Units have a double bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the lounge and a single mattress in the loft. An infant cot is available in this room if need.

Facilities on-site include a restaurant (Kuras Kitchen) & bar, grass tennis court, swimming pool, vehicle rentals, and laundry. The restaurant & bar is open for dinner daily (except Sundays) from 7pm. For dinner guests are served a set 2-course simple yet delicious buffet style meal.

On arrival into Atiu, property manager and your friendly hostess Jackey, will meet & greet you at the airport. On your way to Atiu Villas, Jackey will provide a brief orientation as she stops into some of Atius places of interest. Atiu Villas is a 15 minute drive from the airport, and 3 minutes to the small township where you will find Super Brown Atiu—a small convenient store and takeaway. 400 metres from Atiu Villas is Areora Café, which offers a simple breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, and great coffee.

The climate in the Cook Islands is warm and tropical with the rainy season from around December to March, and the moderate to dry season from April to November. Atiu however, can be slightly denser than our other islands, so the occasional rain is to be expected. When visiting Atiu, we recommend visitors bring with them light clothing, strong walking shoes, sun lotion, and insect repellent.
