Are Manuiri, once known as Atiu Guesthouse, has reopened its doors with a fresh new look, modern amenities and many comforts of home to compliment.

Perfect for a large family or a group of friends travelling together, this 4-bedroom property is located on the main-road in Areora, and is suited to travellers looking for a private self-catering place to stay.

Each bedroom can sleep up to two people with either a king size bed or two singles. Each room has a pedestal fan, bedside tables, and a small closet for storing luggage. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster,
kettle, oven with stove top and an island bench with breakfast bar and bar stools. Dining otherwise is on the front patio - a large covered outdoor space, where you will also find a BBQ. A great communal area, ideal also for relaxing and good conversations.

Are Manuiri has a spacious shared bathroom with hot and cold shower, vanity, toilet and spare towels. Just outside of the bathroom is a laundry area with a utility sink and washing machine. Each space within the house has large windows to welcome in the fresh tropical breeze, keeping the house cool throughout the day and night. The lounge area has a futon couch and a sofa, flat screen TV and USB preloaded with movies. To stay connected to the outside world, Starlink internet connection is available complimentary to guests.

Are Manuiri is a short 5-minute walk to Super Brown - a grocery store with a good selection of supplies and fresh produce, as well as a takeaway offering reasonably priced burgers and plated meals. Rental vehicles are available for hire at an additional cost and can be arranged for guests prior to their arrival.
