The Black Pearl Beach Side Apartments is an intimate 12 room property situated on the sheltered sunset coast of Rarotonga.

The swimming pool is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, green lawn, outdoor tables with bench seating, and sunloungers for relaxing. A BBQ area and gazebo with dining furniture located poolside is a great communal area to enjoy the company of other in-house guests.

All rooms are self-contained with a small kitchen, dining and lounge suite, and private patio.

The Garden View Rooms each have a king bed in a separate bedroom plus a single bed in the living area. The outside patio provides a nice relaxing area for guests to enjoy the lovely gardens.

The Pool View Rooms are slightly larger than the Garden Rooms. Accommodating up to 4 people with a king bed in the bedroom and 2 singles in the living area. The private patio overlooks the swimming pool and gardens.

The Cabana Rooms are of studio layout - perfect for couples but can sleep up to 3 people with a king and single bed. The patio also overlooks the swimming pool and tropical gardens.

Next door to the property is Kavera Central, here you will find a takeaway and convenient store with a petrol station. Directly across the road is a long stretch of white sandy beach and blue lagoon, perfect for snorkelling or a stroll.
